Carter Rubin, winner of The Voice Season 19, has a new single out and an EP on the way.

A look at recent releases by artists fans met on The Voice.

Carter Rubin, who was Season 19 of The Voice at age 15 back in December 2020, has a new single out and an EP on the way. The song is called “Simple.” Says Carter: “For a while i was running, but i didn’t know where. My boys @johnharvie and (producer) @doobietuesday helped me bring that to life. For anyone rolling the dice with life right now this one’s for you.” The EP, “I Still Know Nothing,” drops July 12. Carter has released two other singles in 2024 — “Too Little Too Late” and “Falling Too Hard.” Back when he won The Voice, he became the youngest male ever to do so.

Katherine Ho from Season 10 has a new single out called “Colorblind.” Says Katherine: “This song explores the irrational stage of heartbreak, where you know the relationship isn’t right but you’re still hopelessly in love.” Katherine had the distinction of making it through three rounds of The Voice back in 2016 and having every single performance montaged. Two years later, she cover “Yellow” for the film “Crazy Rich Asians,” and her version has been streamed 20 million times on Spotify alone.

Mia Z, Top 12 on Season 8 at age 16, has a pair of new songs out — “Take Me Back,” which dropped Sunday and “I Run I Climb,” which dropped late last month. They follow “Worthy,” “April Fool,” “Feel It in Your Heart” and “One Way Ticket to Love” as Mia’s fifth and sixth single of 2024. And that comes after she dropped her third album since The Voice, “Better Because,” in December.

Kyle Schuesler, who impressed on the just-completed Season 25, has a new song out called “Easy To Love.” “So stoked on how this turned out,” he says of the song he co-wrote with Lauren McLamb Motter and Kayliann. It follows “Snowy Summer,” “Dear You” and “Daisy” as Kyle’s fourth single of 2024.

Mia Z, Kyle Schuesler and Katherine Ho, former The Voice contestants, have new music out.
