JessLee from The Voice Season 14 has released a new country collaboration, her second this month.

JessLee from Season 14 has released her fun new country collaboration “High Hopes,” featuring contributions from Ryan Robinette and Ty March. She calls the song an example of what happens when “you take three friends, who all happen to be progressive country artists with different styles … and add an EDM twist into the mix.” It’s the second recent collaboration for JessLee, who’s featured on Ryan’s “Wreck My Summer,” which came out earlier this month.

Troy Ramey from Season 12 released a new song with a long history Friday. It’s called “Pickup Truck.” Troy said he started the song in 2017, finished it with the help of fellow Voice contestant Johnny Gates via zoom in 2020 and recorded it in 2022. Says Troy: “That didn’t take long … Absolutely thrilled with how it came out.” It’s Troy’s fifth release of 2024. He’s also announced a series of July show dates.

Wilkes from Season 14 released “Loosen My Grip” Friday and says it “may be the most important song I’ve written to date. Definitely the most impactful.” It’s about letting go of old resentments and letting go of the past “so that I can have open hands to embrace what may be coming in the future. I know I’m not the only person who needs to let go of some things.” The new single follows “Better Than I Was” and “Crawl” as Wilkes’ third original single of 2024. He’s also released a sad version of Pharrell’s hit song, “Happy.”

EllieMae from Season 17 has a sassy new song out called “Cowboy Boots.” It follows “Tailgate Conversation” as her second single of 2024. The latter marked the first love song she’s ever released. EllieMaehas announced a busy slate of summer shows. And she’ll be opening for Nelly at the Central States Fair in Rapid City, S.D. in August.
