Former American Idol judge Nicki Minaj was one of three multiple winners at the BET Awards Sunday night.

Nicki won the fan-voted Viewer’s Choice award for her song “Only,” which also features Drake, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.

She was also selected as best female hip-hop artist for the sixth straight year. Other nominees included DeJ Loaf,
Iggy Azalea, Tink and Trina.

The other multiple winners were Beyonce with three awards (video of the year, best female R&B/pop artists and video director of the year) and Chris Brown with two (best male R&B/pop artist and a share of the “Only” award with Nicki).

The BET Awards were held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and also featured a tribute to Smoky Robinson that included performances by Ne-Yo, Robin Thicke and Tori Kelly.

The night’s other highlight was the presentation of the Ultimate Icon Award to Janet Jackson. Sunday marked the 15th annual BET Awards.
