Season 13 Voice standout Noah Mac will release his debut album in July

Season 13 Voice standout Noah Mac will release his debut album in July.

Noah Mac continues his move toward more upbeat music with his new single “Closer.”

He’s also revealed that his debut album, “Pretty Boy,” will be released July 12.

On Noah’s website, he describes the album as a 14-song project “exploring identity, youth, self love and privilege.”

It’s also completely DIY. Noah, 19, recorded and produced the album in his home studio.

“Closer” follows “All She Want is Gold” as the second song from the album.

A Top 5 finisher on Season 13 of The Voice, Noah says on Instagram that his new music marks a shift from “heaviness to lightheartedness.”

And that shift is clearly evident from the video for “Closer,” which was directed by Chris Thach and which you can check out below.
