Paxton Ingram has released his first single of 2018.

Paxton Ingram has released a catchy new single called “Bad Luck.”

Paxton wrote the song with J. Bach and Season 10 Voice colleague, Nick Hagelin.

Billboard premiered the song last week. Paxton told the site “Bad Luck” is about chasing after someone who is completely toxic for you, either mentally or emotionally, but you can’t get enough of it,”

It’s the fourth single since The Voice for Paxton, following “No Lies” (2017), “Barricade” and “Sober” (both 2016). He also released a six-track EP in 2016 called “Recover.”

Paxton was 23 when he auditioned for Season 10 and landed a spot on Team Blake Shelton.

Though most of his professional background was as a dancer rather than a singer, he advanced all the way to the Top 8.

His performances on the show included a cover of “Break Every Chain” that cracked the Top 20 on iTunes and hit number one on the site’s Christian singles chart.

Here’s “Bad Luck.”
