Felicia Temple, a Top 24 contestant on Season 12 of The Voice, will release an EP Friday, June 23.

Fans of Felicia Temple from Season 12 of The Voice will love this news.

The singing nurse from Teaneck, N.J., is already releasing a post-show EP.

In fact, “The Balancing Act” — wonder where that name came from? — will be out Friday, June 23.

And one song, “Carpe Diem,” is already out and available as an immediate download for anyone pre-ordering the album.

“Writing AND producing this project has been the joy of my life,” Felicia told fans on Facebook.

Oh, and she’s apparently still working as a nurse. She posted a photo of herself giving final approval of the masters for the EP during a break from a 14-hour shift at the hospital where she works.

Felicia was without doubt one of the best vocalists on Season 12 of The Voice.

Twenty-eight when she auditioned, she turned three chairs with her performance of Beyonce’s “All I Could Do Was Cry,” and joined Team Alicia Keys.

She made it all the way to the Top 24 before being eliminated.

Pre-Voice, Felicia released a pair of EPs, “Bedroom Chronicles” and “To Whom It May Concern.” You’ll recall that she was also recovering from a bout with cancer when she auditioned for The Voice.

Meanwhile, you can follow her through Felicia through her Facebook page and website. On Twitter, she is @feliciatemple.
