* Riley Biederer from Season 9 has an excellent and nostalgic new single out called “Change is Good.” Writes Riley on Instagram: “This song is one of my favorite things I’ve ever put out. For all of the nostalgic, overly dramatic, missing home & childhood hearts, I relate & this is for you … this song is my heart and my hometown and my childhood and my personal self, all at once.”

* Paula DeAnda from Season 6 released the pop single “Call It Quits,” a song she says was “five years in the making. I recorded this song before moving out to L.A. to really push myself into my music, into uncomfortableness, and I’m grateful all the lessons I’m still learning.”

* Monique Abbadie from Season 4 recently released a soulful single called “Not Enough” that she proclaims marks “the start of a new Monique. Or should I say the REAL Monique.” She explains on social media: “For so long I’ve tried to ‘fit the mold.’ I’ve tried to just do what others wanted me to do or what they envisioned me doing. But the truth is I always had this desire to do music that really spoke to me and that was true to me and my life experiences. This song represents everything I am as an artist/ human being. It’s raw, real, relatable, heartfelt and tells a story.”
