Sawyer Fredericks, Season 8 champ of The Voice, has a new music video out.

Late last month, former Voice champ Sawyer Fredericks released the music video to his song “Should’ve Known Better.”

Check out the music video below, and you won’t be surprised to learn that it was filmed on his family’s Windrake Farm, in upstate New York.

That mood setting dance in the background comes courtesy of Abigail Emerson Harder. Lindsey Morano filmed the piece.

And Sawyer’s website fills in the rest of the story.

Sawyer, now 19, funded his second album since The Voice, 2018’s “Hide Your Ghost,” with the help of Pledge Music.

And Pledge Music’s fiscal problems are well-publicized. While Sawyer wound up receiving all the donations toward the album, he didn’t get the anticipated help with publicity.

So he re=released “Should’ve Known Better” as a single last month in an effort to draw more attention to the album as he works on new music he plans to release later this year.

Sawyer’s also been touring quite tirelessly and has a show set for June 7 in Sellersville, Pa. Check out his other upcoming show dates here.
