Hey, it’s still early October, but why not start thinking about Christmas, especially in you’re a Scotty McCreery fan.
Scotty has a Christmas album coming out Oct. 16, and pre-orders are being taken now.
Scotty tweeted about the album this afternoon, thanking fans for making his post-Idol debut go platinum in a matter of weeks.
Fans responded by pledging to do the same for “Christmas with Scotty McCreery.”
The 11-track album will include Christmas standards like “The First Noel,” “Let It Snow” and “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.”
But it will also include two new songs, “Christmas in Heaven” and “Christmas Comin’ Round Again.”
People who pre-order on Scotty’s website will be entered for a chance to to win a trip to see Scotty on his 2013 tour complete with airfare, hotel, tickets to the show and a meet and greet with the Season 10 Idol winner. And 100 phones chosen at random will receive a phone call from Scotty.
