0
you missed it, Scotty McCreery was featured at the PBS National Memorial Day Concert held in D.C. on Sunday.

The Season 10 American Idol winner performed his original “The Dash,” a tribute to members of the military. The song was on his 2013 “See You Tonight” album.

The concert also featured Vanessa Williams, Renee Fleming and John Ondrasik of Five for Fighting.

“What an honor to sing at the @MemorialDayPBS concert! Just got off stage & got to meet some of the #TuskegeeAirmen!” Scotty tweeted from the show.

I’ve embedded his performance above. If you’d like to see the entire show, head to its website.

The show has been a favorite stop for singing show contestants over the years.

The 2016 concert featured Season 15 Idol winner Trent Harmon and Season 5 runner-up Katharine McPhee.

As for Scotty, he also has a new single out — “Five More Minutes” — released earlier this month.
