Stevie Nicks helped mentor during an episode on Season 11 of American Idol and earned rave reviews from contestants.
Now, she’ll be assisting in the same role during Season 7 of The Voice, which kicks off Sept. 22.
We won’t see Stevie right away, of course. Fans of the show know we’ll have at least three weeks of blind auditions before the mentors step in, helping prepare contestants for the battle rounds.
Stevie will be helping out coach Adam Levine.
Mentors for the other coaches will be announced soon, according to NBC. And Season 7 will feature a pair of new coaches as Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani join The Voice team.
Meanwhile, the timing of her TV appearance is perfect for Stevie and the rest of her Fleetwood Mac bandmates.
Fleetwood Mac will embark on a tour — including Christine McView this time — on Sept. 30 in Minneapolis.
That tour includes two stops in Philadelphia (Oct. 15 and Oct. 29) and one in Washington, D.C. (Oct. 31).
