Two years after winning The Voice, Sundance Head has announced a release date for his post-show album.

“Stained Glass and Neon” will be out Jan. 25, and pre-orders started this week.

The album will feature 13 songs and anyone pre-ordering on iTunes will get one of those, “Close Enough to Walk,” as an immediate download.

Lead single “Leave Her Wild” is also already available, as a single.

Like other Voice champs, Season 11 winner Sundance signed with Republic Records after winning the show. But the union failed to produce an album.

“Stained Glass and Neon” will be released on Dean Dillon’s Wildcatter Records, with Dillon as producer.

As for the album’s sound … well, here’s how Sundance, 40, describes it.

“It’s not rock, it’s not country, it’s not blues. But I think once this record comes out, people will understand. It’s kind of a throwback to when songs meant something.

“It’s real music, and we’re not trying to compress it and put beats on it. It’s a really old-school modern country record. That’s my style, man. I’m an old cat. I don’t really identify with the country that’s currently on the radio.”

In case you missed it, here’s the music video for “Leave Her Wild.”
