Taylor Brashears wins country showdown on The Voice

0

Sassy country singer Taylor Brashears decided to leave the sassy behind in the knockout round Tuesday night.

Instead, she tackled the Stevie Nicks’ classic “Landslide,” determined to show off her “soft, smoky voice.”

Well, she threw in a few vocal wrinkles, especially during an impressive final chorus. But the strategy paid off.

She won her knockout round match against Allison Bray, earning a spot in the live playoffs with Team Blake Shelton in the process.

Allison sang “Sin Wagon,” was not stolen and was eliminated from the show.
