The Voice will try to keep a winning streak alive and several performers with singing show connections also have been nominated for 2016 People’s Choice awards.

Voting for the awards is underway now. The show is set for 9 p.m. Jan. 6 on CBS.

Singing shows have won the Favorite TV Competition Show category for the past six years; The Voice took that honor in 2014 and 2015.

NBC’s Emmy-award winner is up for the honor again in 2016, along with America’s Got Talent, American Ninja Warrior, Dancing with the Stars and MasterChef.

The means American Idol, winner of the award every year from 2010-2012, wasn’t nominated. Inexplicably, the now-defunct U.S. version of The X Factor won the award in 2013.

Other singing show nominees include:

Maroon 5, fronted by Adam Levine, and Fifth Harmony are nominated for favorite group along with Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons and One Direction. Maroon 5 won last year.

Blake Shelton and Keith Urban are nominated as favorite male country artist along with Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley and Luke Bryan.

Carrie Underwood and Cassadee Pope are nominated as favorite female country artist along with Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert and Reba McEntire.

Kelly Clarkson is nominated as favorite pop artist along with Ed Sheeran, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift.

Nicki Minaj is nominated as favorite hip-hop artists along with Big Sean, Drake, Kendrick Lamar and Wiz Khalifa.

Steven Tyler is nominated a favorite music icon along with Madonna, Paul McCartney, Price and Stevie Wonder.

To vote for your favorite, head here. Voting ends Thursday.
