Jonah Mayor is among the singers who auditioned for Season 29 of The Voice.

The Voice returns to NBC on Monday with the coaching trio of John Legend, Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson.

Here’s more about Jonah.

* He describes himself as a singer, actor and gym rat on Instagram.

* According to one online bio, he’s a 2012 gaduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York.

* After graduating, he became a lead male singer on AIDA cruises. There’s still a vocal showcase reel from his time with the cruise line on his YouTube.

* He’s also been involved in musical theater. And in 2018, he was part of the cast of “Thriller Live!” at the West End in London.

* Jonah has been working with Hank Lane Music out of New York, which provides bands and musicians for weddings ad events, corporate and private.

* When his audition was filmed, he had also been a member of The Boy Band Project, an award-winning cover group that performs songs from 1990s boy bands like The Backstreet Boys, One Direction, NSync, New Kids on the Block and more.

* “I’m known in the band as the sexy, muscular, long-haired, sensitive, but determined boy band member,” Jonah told The Voice before flexing his versatility muscle by singing opera in Italian for his audition.
