Carrie Underwood's Some Hearts was the best selling country album of the decade.Billboard.com has posted its Best of the Decade lists, and an Idol has landed at the top of one of the charts.

OK, the headline already ruined most of the suspense.

And the honor goes to: Season four Idol champ Carrie Underwood, whose debut album “Some Hearts” was the best selling country album of the past decade.

That’s the album that featured the cross-over hit, “Before He Cheats,” which landed in the number 14 spot among top country songs of the decade.

Carrie is hardly the only Idol to show up on Billboard’s Best of the Decade charts.

Kelly Clarkson ranked 14th among artists in the past decade. (AP Photo)The original Idol, Kelly Clarkson, ranks 14 among artists of the decade, according to Billboard.

Carrie finished 50th on that list. The only other Idol to make the top 100 on that list was Chris Daughtry and his band at number 90.

Kelly Clarkson also had the only Idol song to crack the decade’s Hot 100, “Since You’ve Been Gone,” which landed at number 47.

But no fewer than five Idol albums finished in the top 200, as follows …

#14: “Some Hearts,” Carrie Underwood;

#29: “Breakaway,” Kelly Clarkson;

#48: “Daughtry,” Daughtry;

#132: “Carnival Ride,” Carrie Underwood

#170: “Measure of a Man,” Clay Aiken.
