For a guy off on a two-year mission, David Archuleta is releasing lots of new music.
Of course, it was all recorded before he departed — two albums’ worth, to be exact.
The latest treat arrived today, the music video for “I’ll Never Go,” a single from “Forevermore,” his album of Filipino music.

I’m so excited for everything that David has left for his fans. I don’t know any other artist who would work so hard to thank his fans (all on his own dime as he didn’t want to sign a record deal knowing he was leaving for his mission). The Forevermore cd is perfectly beautiful and the I’ll Never Go music vid is beautifully perfect. I can’t wait for BEGIN. and to hear David’s orginal track “Broken”.

I like this video. Its slow ,, sad but has alot of meaning to us fans. He’ll never go too far away from us. He will be back. Love him and his beautiful voice.

It’s beautiful – I love the video. It’s hard to watch him walking out that door but he’ll be back and we’ll be waiting. I love the entire album. The is no voice I would rather hear. BTW Best place to get the CD in the US or Canada is WOWHD (they have a site for each of those countries with free shipping). And if anyone’s on twitter, DavidArchie is David’s account though he can’t tweet from his mission so his manager is posting including bits from David’s mission emails. Watch for his US album BEGIN Aug 7.

Can I just say how much I love it? I LOVE IT!!! I was actually smiling with tears while watching. David Archuleta in his genius has managed to gift us his promise in a song, with his eyes, his expressions, his emotions of his return to music and his fans. Some may think the song is boring but if you’re a fan for who this was intended for it’s the most exciting song yet 🙂 The fact that he filmed a mini series, Nandito Ako, recorded an album and filmed these music videos, message videos all in a months time is incredible. I’m so grateful for his forethought in leaving his fans so many gifts. For those that know the song it has rekindled those memories of youth and love as by the increase in tweets in Tagalog. Also the increase in Spanish speaking twitter conversation is unreal. The Latino fans also want a CD of famous Spanish love songs by David and I can’t blame them. David’s voice is undeniably exquisite.
