Season 11 American Idol winner Phillip Phillips will be performing at the Pullo Center in York in May, the venue announced Friday morning.
Phillips’ show is set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15.
Tickets go on sale to the general public 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, and are $32 and $45.
Pullo Center members can order tickets beginning Jan. 7.
This show is in addition to the tour Phillip is doing with Matchbox 20.
That tour includes a Feb. 25 stop in Baltimore and a Feb. 27 show in Bethlehem, Pa. Go here for details.
Phillip is still riding the wave of success generated by “Home,” his first single.
More than a half year after its release, the song is still number 9 on Billboard’s Hot 100.
Phillips’ debut album, “The World from the Other Side of the Moon,” was released Nov. 19.
His show at the Pullo Center is being sponsored by radio station 101 The Rose.
The Pullo Center is on the Penn State York campus.
