Lauren Alaina, Season 10 runner-up on American Idol, and Kyla Jade, fourth-place finisher from the past season of The Voice, will be part of an all-star lineup.
That lineup will also include the Beach Boys, the Temptations, Luke Combs, Andy Grammer, Jimmy Buffett, Pentatonix and more. You can see the full concert lineup here.
Lauren has enjoyed a resurgence in the past year and a half, twice landing atop the country music charts — once with her single “Road Less Traveled” and once with her Kane Brown duet “What Ifs.”
Kyla arrived on The Voice best known as a background singer, most recently for Voice coach Jennifer Hudson. She became a member of Team Blake Shelton and made it all the way to the Season 14 finals.
A Capitol Fourth is staged on the West Lawn of the capitol and this year marks the 38th annual show.
It’s televised on PBS stations at 8 p.m. on the Fourth. A rebroadcast begins at 9:30 p.m.
