A look back at Maddie Poppe’s American Idol performances

Maddie Poppe says she caught the singing bug when she was 6 years old and her sister talked her into performing a duet in school.

The song they sang was “Landslide.” It was a song Maddie performed during her homecoming concert on Tuesday. And it will be her hometown dedication song Sunday night.

That evening, the young woman from Clarksville, Iowa, will go up against Gabby Barrett and Caleb Lee Hutchinson for the Season 16 American Idol crown.

Here’s a look back at Maddie’s American Idol performances.
