As expected, Sawyer Fredericks captured The Voice Season 8 title Tuesday night.

His victory capped an impressive run during which every solo performance he delivered during the finals resulted in a Top 10 showing on iTunes.

The only song he performed on the show over the past six weeks that didn’t make the Top 10 on iTunes was his “Summer Breeze” duet from Monday with Pharrell Williams. And it didn’t do too shabby on the music chart, checking in at number 19.
