MacKenzie Bourg traveled to Lafayette, La., for his hometown hero visit on Saturday.
It included a stop at St. Thomas More Catholic High School, a visit with children in a hospital, a parade and a concert.

The American Idol Top 4 return to the stage Thursday when they’ll sing a song chosen by the judges, one chosen by Idol mentor Scott Borchetta and a hometown dedication of their choosing.
