Andrew Sevener delivered a a rousing version of “Honky Tonk Women” during a blind audition that aired Monday night on The Voice.

He even threw in a brief, but impressive guitar solo. Yet only Blake Shelton turned his chair.

That prompted Blake to wonder aloud why the other coaches were making it so easy for him.

Bottom line, Kelly Clarkson confirmed: They figured Andrew was Blake Shelton bound no matter what they did.

“I’m super excited to be on team Blake and honestly, the other coaches were right,” Andrew, from Alvarado, Texas, told Voice Views.

“But if all four turned, I would’ve liked to hear their proposals. I have respect for every one of those artists. Each has made their own stamp on music in general and it would be an honor to work with either of them.

“But, I believe I have the perfect coach!”

Andrew, 22, has been playing music since the fifth grade. He said he tried out for America’s Got Talent a couple years back, but didn’t made it past the preliminary round.

He called landing on The Voice “a happy accident.”

“I promote my original music through Reverbnation,” he explained. “Being a member on there, they send these promotions out and one of them was ‘skip the line for The Voice.

“I didn’t think anything would come out of it, so I went ahead and sent in a video. Next thing I know, I have an audition in Dallas.”

And now a spot on Team Blake Shelton. For more on Andrew, including info about the music he’s already released, head here.

The blind auditions conclude Monday on The Voice.
