American Idol will be trying for a fourth straight People’s Choice honor as favorite TV competition show when the 2013 awards are aired Wednesday at 9 p.m. (EST). A year ago, Idol beat out The Voice, America’s Got Talent, Dancing with the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance for the crown.
Season 11 American Idol winner Phillip Phillips will be performing at the Pullo Center in York in May, the venue announced Friday morning. Phillips’ show is set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15.
Carrie Underwood’s “Blown Away” was the seventh-best-selling album of 2012, Billboard reported today. About 1.2 million copies of Carrie’s fourth album have been sold since its May 1 release.
