Isabelle Parell is the very poised 15-year-old we met in American Idol’s Chicago audition episode.
How poised? She marched into the audition room and asked Keith Urban to duet with her on “Baby, It’s Cold Outside.”
He, being the friendly sort, naturally complied. She displayed a sweet, delicate tone to her voice and advanced to Hollywood.
Apparently the song is a favorite of hers because it’s also featured on YouTube.
I’ve posted that below, as well as the only other video I could find of Isabelle performing. At a later date, I’ll be posting a full bio blog on Isabelle and all the other featured American Idol contestants.
