Brooke Simpson from The Voice Season 13

Brooke Simpson, a finalist on Season 13 of The Voice, has released her first single since finishing fourth on America’s Got Talent this summer. It’s called “You Only Had One Job” and it’s about a guy who … well, just doesn’t live up to Brooke’s standards. Heck, he can’t even show up on time. “I hope this song is the soundtrack to you favorite memories and it makes you dance as hard as I did,” writes Brooke, who’s also working on an album.

Kendra Checketts from The Voice Season 16

Kendra Checketts, from Season 16, released “Till Death Do We Part” on Oct. 28. It’s a collaboration with Caden Jester. “Spooky time calls for spooky tunes,” writes Kendra on Intagram. The song’s certainly worth a listen, but Kendra has other news of note. She auditioned for Season 20 of American Idol. Kendra auditioned for The Voice at age 19 in 2019 and made it to the live playoffs (Top 24).

Madilyn Paige from The Voice Season 6

Madilyn Paige from Season 6 released “What I Feel Like,” her ninth single of 2021. She wrote the song with Austin Nivarel and Robert Ragosta. Says Madilyn: “I really believe in the idea that happiness isn’t defined by what’s going on in our lives, and that at the end of the day it’s a choice. Of course some days are hard, and it’s okay to feel whatever that brings. Wherever you’re at today, I hope this song puts a smile on your face.”
