The song is a soulful power ballad from the former Automatic Loveletter front woman and runner-up on Season 2 of The Voice.
It’s also an ode to her husband and fellow musician Andy Biersack of Black Veil Brides, who Juliet calls “my soulmate” in a recent interview with 100PercentRock.com.
“’Take Me’ is ultimately about being so in love with somebody that if they don’t save you tonight and take you and hold on to you, you feel like you’re going to die,” Juliet told the site.
In a separate interview, she told PopDust.com, she’s working on more new music with producer John Feldman.
“We’ve gotten three songs done so far,” she said. “My plan is to make a record in the next few months, get that all ready and go on tour.”
Here’s the music video for “Take Me.”
