Christina Grimmie scored a major hit when she covered Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” on The Voice performance finale Monday night.
When voting closed at noon, the song was sitting at number three on the overall iTunes chart.
But it was far from the night’s lone success story.
In fact, all but one song from last night’s show cracked the Top 20 on iTunes.
And the lone exception — Christina’s “Wrecking Ball” — had an excuse.
As one of the most successful songs from the blind auditions, it had already sold a ton of downloads.
In terms of iTunes success, the contestant nipping at Christina’s heels is Jake Worthington.
All three of his performances from Monday’s show cracked the iTunes Top 10, led by his cover of “Right Here Waiting” at number six.
Here’s where everyone landed.
Christina Grimmie, “Can’t Help Falling in Love” — #3 overall
Jake Worthington, “Right Here Waiting” — #6 overall
Jake Worthington and Blake Shelton, “A Country Boy Can Survive” — #7 overall
Christina Grimmie and Adam Levine, “Somebody That I Used to Know” — #8 overall
Jake Worthington, “Don’t Close Your Eyes” — #9 overall
Josh Kaufman and Usher, “Every Breath You Take” — #11 overall
Josh Kaufman, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours” — 163 overall
Josh Kaufman, “Set Fire to the Rain” — #19 overall
Christina Grimmie, “Wrecking Ball” — #42 overall
Now, what does it all mean in terms of tonight’s outcome?
That’s hard to say, because I just took a look at the detailed Voice iTunes voting rules.
1. It appears there are no bonus points in the finale, other than those already accumulated, so Josh won’t be penalized for failing to crack the Top 10 this week.
2. It appears duets are “ineligible” songs, so downloads of those songs might not count toward the vote totals at all.
3. The iTunes vote total for each contestant includes eligible songs downloaded throughout the length of the competition, so all those previous downloads of “Wrecking Ball” will still count for Christina.
Check back tonight at 9 p.m. I’ll be live blogging throughout The Season 6 results show.

FYI. the bonus points will no longer count in the finale. just an accumulation of itunes hits will be counted to the overall votes.
There was a huge problem with itunes listing Josh’s “Set Fire to the Rain.” It was NEVER listed under the songs that he had sung on the voice!

The only one that should possibly have won was Sisaundra Harris. Not ONE contestant has the voice or talent she does. Sisaundra is the Chris Daughtry of The Voice. American voters missed who had the best voice
