Clay Aiken bringing his Christmas tour to Shippensburg

0

Ready to think about Christmas in September?

Well, ready or not, Clay Aiken is embarking on another “Joyful Noise” tour this winter and one of the stops is in nearby Shippensburg.

He’ll be at the H. Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center on Saturday, Dec. 8, for an 8 p.m. show.

Accompanied by a 20-piece orchestra, Clay will be performing holiday classics.

Tickets are on sale now and range from $39 to $57.

Clay, of course, finished second on Idol in Season 2. Most recently, he’s been having fun on Twitter at U.S. Rep. Todd Aiken’s expense. Over the latter’s abortion and rape comments, of course.

His recent tweets include these:

  • “2nd place on Idol. 2nd place on Apprentice. And now, thanks to @RepToddAiken, I’m only the 2nd stupidest Aiken”
  • “Lets B clear. THIS Aiken RESPECTS a woman’s right 2 choose. Maybe @RepToddAiken could use some lessons from me on the female body! Haha.”

Nice going, Clay.
