Curtis GrimesOne of the first country singers we ever met on The Voice is about to release a new EP.

Curtis Grimes’ five-track “Bottom of the Fifth” will come out Aug. 21. Pre-orders are being taken now on iTunes.

Those who pre-order will get an instant download of the song “Smile that Smile.” Check out the snippet below.

And you can head to Curtis’ YouTube channel if you’d like to hear an acoustic version of the title track.

The Texas-based singer made the Top 12 on Season 1 of The Voice, as a member of Team Cee Lo Green no less.

And this will be far from the first music he’s released.

His resume includes a 7-track EP called “Doin’ My Time” from 2011, a live album from 2012 and an impressive 12-track album called “Our Side of the Fence” from last year.

You can keep up with Curtis through his website. He’s @CurtisGrimes on Twitter.

Now, that snippet of “Smile that Smile.”
