Then she began 2017 by marrying longtime beau Jimmy R.O. Smith.
Entertainment Tonight reported that the two got married on Saturday at the Angel Orensanz Center in New York.
“I married my best friend today. I am on a cloud 9,” Pia tweeted about the occasion.

Pia finished ninth on Season 10 of Idol and just released her excellent EP “Belong” on Dec. 16.
Smith is a professional dancer.
The two were introduced to one another about two years ago by Jennifer Lopez during the promotional tour for her “A.K.A.” album.
