Jordin Sparks to perform in D.C., Philly

0

With album number two just three weeks from release and her new single “Battlefield” battling its way up the charts, Jordin Sparks has embarked on a summer tour.

It started last week, and Jordin has picked some pretty successful tour mates — the Jonas Brothers.

The tour stops at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., on July 13. Two dates are scheduled at the Wachovia Center in Philly (July 23 and July 24).

They’ll also perform at the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh the following night.

You’ll find links to ticket information under the “Idols in the Area” block to the right of this blog. From what I can tell, tickets range from $28.50 to $89.50.

That makes two Idols who are spending the summer opening for an act made famous by the folks at Disney. David Archuleta, of course, is touring with Demi Lovato.
