But not everyone is amused. Some conservatives figured out who the ogre in the music video is.
Imagine that. And Kat never mentioned White House, the president or our wannabe king’s name once in the song.
Judging from the comment posted to her Facebook page Friday, Kat’s taking the criticism in stride.
“I got called a libtard today. Finally,” she writes, referring to the comments on her YouTube channel.
“Let me just say, I didn’t write this song to piss conservatives off. I just felt the need to protest who I think is doing a lot of harm to this country.
“As an artist, you have to make the decision — do you stand up for what you believe in, or do you stay silent so as not to rock the boat? The Beatles sure as shit didn’t, and they did just fine.”
Go, Kat!
