The second single off Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger” album looks like it’s going to be a bigger hit than the first.

The song formerly known as “What Doesn’t Kill You” and now known as “Stronger” has been the most downloaded single on iTunes for the past two days.

It was number three on Billboard’s digital download chart released Thursday and stormed from number 21 to number eight on the Hot 100 chart.

“Mr. Know It All,” the lead single from her album, peaked at number 10 on the Hot 100.  It’s currently number 34.

It did spend  six weeks at number one on the adult pop chart before tumbling to number five this week.

Other chart highlights:

* Mandisa’s “Waiting for Tomorrow” single hit a peak of number three on the Christian singles chart last week.  This week, it falls back to number four.  It’s her second single off her third album.  The first — coincidentally, also called “Stronger” — reached number one.

* Scotty McCreery’s “Clear As Day” holds onto the number six spot on the country albums chart, 16 weeks after its release. “Wildflower” from Lauren Alaina jumped six spots this week, from 23 to 17, on the same chart.
