* Lana Scott from Season 21 has released “County Girl Guarantee,” her first-ever original single. Lana wrote the song with Cooper Bascom and calls it “a new feel-good country girl anthem,” adding, “This first original is about what being country means to me… I hope it makes you smile n’ groove!” She also thanks The Voice “for changing my life last year” and coach Blake Shelton “for every bit of encouragement I’ve needed.”

* The Swon Brothers, third on Season 4, have a new single out called “Southern Gospel.” They wrote the song with Josh Gleave and produced it themselves. “This is definitely a personal song for us,” Colton said. “We took memories and let them speak for themselves musically. I can see every line painting a picture of life, like Grandma’s tea that was so sweet it would make your teeth hurt and Grandpa preaching while he was holding a Marlboro Red.

Dave Fenley from The Voice Season 15

* Dave Fenley from Season 15 recently released “Shoulda Been a Love Song.” He calls it a “track from the vault,” which I assume means it was recorded a while back. Dave’s also been releasing some great covers lately, including a country version of “I Will Always Love You” and his take on Garth Brooks’ “The Dance.”
