Carolina Rial from The Voice Season 20

Carolina Rial is among the singers announcing they auditioned for Season 20 of The Voice.

Here’s more about Carolina:

* She’s a 17-year-old artist from New Jersey who has nevertheless already released music.

* She hails from a non-musical family, but has been singing since age 10 and her parents enrolled her in piano lessons after learning of her musical talent, according to a BuzzMusic bio.

* Pre-COVID, Carolina has a chance to appear at a number of high-profile venues, including fulfilling a dream for a gal from New Jersey by singing the national anthem at MetLife Stadium before a nationally televised soccer match in 2019.

* She has also performed at Carnegie Hall, Marlins Park and Madison Square Garden, the latter to sing the anthem at a New York Rangers hockey game.

* Carolina released her debut single, “Remember Me,” in November of 2019.

* Her followup single, “Know Me Better,” was released last March, then Carolina followed up with a music video and a remix. Check out the single below.

* Despite having just those two songs out, Carolina’s music was streamed more than 36,000 times on Spotify in 2020.

* She recorded another original, “Breaking Boundries,” for a Shout Down Drugs NJ campaign. You can check it out here.

Editor’s note: Season 20 of The Voice is scheduled to kick off Monday, March 1 on NBC.
