Michelle Chamuel's "Face the Fire"Pre-Voice, Michelle Chamuel released two electronic pop EPs as The Reverb Junkie and a five-track EP with Ella Riot, a band she performed with for five years.

On Tuesday, we’ll get her first full-length album, “Face the Fire.”

And this time, she’ll be releasing it as Michelle Chamuel.

After all, it would be a waste to toss away all the name recognition she gained by finishing second behind Danielle Bradbery on Season 4 of NBC’s hit show.

“Face the Fire” is a 10-track pop album. Three songs — the title track, “Lottery” and “Golden” — are already available.

Michelle told CBS News that “Face the Fire” was tabbed as the lead single because it’s a “good face for the album.”

“It’s about going after what you want and who you believe yourself to be … It’s a metaphor for this drive inside that can either consume you and burn you up and keep you going or if you don’t engage with it, you’re kind of cold,” she said in an interview you can read here.

Of course, it also makes an excellent lead single because it’s one of the catchiest tracks on the new album, along with “Lottery,” “Made for Me” and “Money.”

This isn’t the first music Michelle has released under her own name. You’ll recall she returned to The Voice to perform her post-show single, “Going Down Singing.” She also released an impressive electro pop EP with Arjun Singh called “Draft” about a year ago.

Michelle wrote and produced her “Face the Fire” album with former bandmates Theo Katzman and Tyler Duncan. And if you just can’t wait to hear the album, head to this story on The Wall Street Journal; the embedded YouTube video plays all 10 tracks.

And I’ve embedded the lyric videos for “Lottery” and “Face the Fire” below.
