Morgan Wallen from The Voice Season 6

Morgan Wallen closed out 2019 with a timely new single.

It also happens to be a ridiculously catchy country tune.

Dropped on New Year’s Eve, with a reminder to stay safe through the holiday, Morgan’s new song is called “This Bar.”

“Wrote this song with my buddies about some moments and times in my life that have made me who I am today,” Morgan wrote on social media.

“Some good, some bad, but all of ’em I can look back on and grin a little. Hope it makes you do the same.”

Morgan has scored a pair of number one country hits since competing on Season 6 of The Voice.

He concluded 2019 touring with Luke Combs and James Rogers, saying the experience “has truly inspired me” and promising more new music in 2020.

And he’s heading out on tour again, this time backed by another former Voice standout, Ashland Craft.

They’re kicking off the Whiskey Glasses Tour on Jan. 2. Dates run through early May and include stops in Silver Spring, Md., and Philadelphia, Pa.
