Ready for a Lee DeWyze media blitz?
You’d better be, because the season nine winner’s album is due out in less than two weeks, and he’ll be all over your TV screen.
So far, according to Lee’s website, you can catch him on …
* The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Tuesday night;
* The Today Show on Nov. 15 or Nov. 16 or both;
* Live with Regis and Kelly on Nov. 16;
* and, fittingly enough, The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Nov. 18.
I’ll be shocked if he isn’t featured on WalMart’s Soundcheck in the near future. Most of the high profile Idols are when they release new material. (You can still go there to watch Fantasia talk about the release of “Back to Me,” for instance).
Meanwhile, pre-orders are being taken for the album, with offers of exclusive tracks at iTunes (“Say It All Over Again”) and the American Idol store (“Only Dreaming”) and a signed CD booklet while supplies last from Newbury Comics.
Folks who pre-order through the Idol site also get an early download of the title track “Live It Up,” which was supposed to be the first single before Lee and the folks at 19 switched it up and released “Sweet Serendipity” instead.
The single has been available for download at iTunes since last Tuesday.

He has already recorded the Walmart Soundcheck. It comes out Nov 15th
He does have a Walmart Souncheck…he’s done taping it and it’s airing on November 15.
He had walmart soundcheck session recorded last week…so don’t worry
