Paul Pfau from Season 8 is one of the former Voice contestants with new music out.

Since appearing on Season 8 of The Voice, Paul Pfau has become a full-time RVer, traveling around in a home he calls the RVtha Franklin.

As of Friday, he also has a new single out called “Lo-Fi Soul,” which he describes on his website as a “disco-tinged, upbeat jam.”

“I wrote ‘Lo-Fi’ about being good to the one you love, being good to yourself, and really connecting,” Paul writes.

“Single or not, so many of us are exhausted by technology. This song is about taking back control, letting your hair down, chilling out, being present and in love.”

Paul, 26, at the time, made it to the knockouts on Season 8 of The Voice. Post-Voice, he’s also released a 2016 EP called “Great American Love Story” and a 2017 single “I See the World.”

Other new post-Voice songs out include …

Paula DeAnda delivers a chill vibe on “Roll It,” quite appropriate considering the song’s title and release date (420). It’s the first single this year from Paula, but hardly her first release since earning an unlikely spot on Team Blake as a 24-year-old R&B/pop singer back in Season 6.

MaKenzie Thomas, a Top 6 finisher on Season 15 of The Voice, recently released “Something Beautiful,” her first single since. She’s also launched a Patreon campaign, revamped her website, is working on an album she hopes to release this summer and is promising another single soon.

Troy Ramey has released a splendid cover of Leon Bridges’ “River.” I love this song, and I hope you dig it too,” says the Top 12 finisher from Season 12. Troy’s also released a couple of singles since his time on The Voice — “Forever Wild” and “Adderall.”

Former Voice finalist Emily Ann Roberts also released a new single this week. Learn more about it here. The links above take you to the songs on Apple Music if they’re available there. Below are Spotify snippets.
