One of these days, there will be an album from season two Idol contestant Kimberly Caldwell.

But, apparently, it won’t happen in late December or January, as previously reported.

In an email alert to fans announcing her latest single today, Kimberly also revealed a new timetable for the oft-delayed album.

“Without Regret” will now be out in the spring, according to the email.

Yes, folks, this is the album that was supposed to be released last spring and that Kimberly was promoting with a single called “Mess of You” about this time last year.

Oh, well.

Meanwhile, there is the new single, and it’s a great tune with a catchy title: “Deseparate Girls and Stupid Boys.”
