It comes in the form of a single called “Find Your Love,” which you can check out below.
“Find Your Love is probably the most ‘me’ song I think I’ve written thus far,” Whitney told BlackBook, which premiered the song Thursday.
“It takes you somewhere sonically that I don’t think any of my other songs ever have. Not only is it about relational love, it’s about finding love for yourself in the midst of pain.”
Whitney, from Tulsa, Okla., was 28 when she auditioned for The Voice. She advanced all the way to the Top 24 before being eliminated.
She also released music before the show, including a seven-track album called “In Between” in 2014.
In addition to the single, Whitney has launched a Pledge Music store to help fund an upcoming EP.
There’s no reasons date yet, but the goodies on her music page include a physical CD when it is released. Whitney’s even offering up the blouse she wore while performing on the show.
