His audition: Luke Edgemon, 24, of Fayetteville, N.C., sang Bonnie Raitt’s “I Can’t Make You Love Me” in his audition. By that point, Blake and Adam had already filled their teams. But he got both of the other coaches to turn around, then picked Team Shakira.
Her audition: Amber Carrington, 19, of Rockwall, Texas, auditioned with “Good Girl,” not knowing the country judge, Blake Shelton, had already filled his team. No problem. Mid-song, Adam Levine turned his chair.

Audition: Duncan Kamakana, 25, of Honolulu, Hawaii, auditioned with “Home” by Michael Buble and wound up on Team Adam.
His audition: Justin Rivers, 29, of Fairford, Ala., auditioned with Kenny Chesney’s “Summertime.” At the last second, Blake Shelton turned around, welcoming the aspiring country singer to his team.
Her audition: Cathia, 19, of Bronx, N.Y., auditioned with “No Me Doy Por Vencido,” singing the entire audition in Spanish. Usher and Shakira turned around mid-song, soon followed by Blake Shelton, who couldn’t resist her big voice. Cathia joined Team Shakira.
His audition: Josiah Hawley, 27, of Fort Smith, Ala., auditioned with Maroon 5’s “Sunday Morning.” That prompted Blake Shelton to turn around quickly. He was followed by Usher and, eventually, Adam Levine as well. In a bit of a surprise, Josiah joined Team Usher.
Her audition: Michelle Chamuel, 26, of Amherst, Mass., auditioned with a unique version of Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” that got Adam Levine to turn around almost instantly. Before the audition ended, he was followed by Shakira and Usher. Michelle chose to join Team Usher.
