Kevin James Graham is among the artists who auditioned for Season 26 of The Voice.

Season 26 kicked off Monday, Sept. 23 with the coaching quartet of Reba McEntire, Gwen Stefani, Michael Buble and Snoop Dogg.

Here’s more about Kevin.

* He’s an experienced performer and the singer and lead guitarist for the Boston-based rock band Rolling Nectar.

* On Facebook, Rolling Nectar describes its music this way: “a stylish mix of vintage heavy rock ‘n’ roll, soulful British blues & Americana with psychedelic overtones.”

* The three-piece band has been performing for years, but released its debut EP, “Sassafras River,” in 2022. Check out one of the singles from that EP, “Looking for You,” below.

* In his web bio, Kevin said he grew up in a musical home, singing with his grandparents in Waltham, Massachusetts.

* He began playing drums at age 7 and eventually learned to play the violin, guitar and mandolin as well. Guitar is now his primary instrument.

* The same web bio says Rolling Nectar has opened for Foghat, Rusted Root, and Tyler Bryant and The Shakedown.

* Kevin’s also performed the national anthem at Boston’s Fenway Park on two occasions, including once at a soccer exhibition attended by 35,000 people.

* And Rolling Nectar has performed pre-game at Fenway Park prior to Red Sox games on multiple occasions.

* Kevin also performs solo gigs in the Boston area. One of his most recent was with the duo of Dwight & Nicole. That would be Nicole Nelson, a contestant way back on Season 3 of The Voice.
