Her audition: Aubrey Nicole, 19, of Littlestown, Pa., performed “Burning House” by Cam. Viewers only got to hear a snippet of Aubrey’s audition, but she showed off a nice emotional connection to the song and a fine lilt in her voice. Only Reba turned for Aubrey, so she automatically became Team Reba. Reba said the performance touched her heart and added that she loves the ache in Aubrey’s voice.

Here’s more about Aubrey:

* She’s Aubrey Nicole Dittmar, a singer, songwriter and actress and a member of Class of 2027 at Belmont University in Nashville.

* She’s majoring in commercial music at Belmont. Her audition song for one of her top college’s music programs was “This is Fancy” That’s right, the Reba McEntire hit.

* And at Belmont, she’s been performing with Southbound, the university’s country music ensemble.

* As for the acting, she landed a role in the 2023 web series Rosemary Street, following the lives of the members of two families living in north Baltimore (Md.). You can check out the series here.

* She’s a graduate of Delone Catholic High School in McSherrystown, Pa., and performed at every school mass during her four years there. She was also heavily involved in musical theater productions at Delone.

* She’ll turn 20 just before Season 28 of The Voice begins.

* She and other Belmont students recorded background vocals for “Breaking the Mold,” a 2025 album released by Jenny Teator.

* And while Aubrey doesn’t appear to have released music, she’s posted snippets of an excellent original she co-wrote called “Send Me a Sign” to her Instagram. You can check it out below.

* Pre-Voice, Aubrey had nearly 1,000 followers and more than 56,000 likes on her TikTok.
