Owen Uffens from The Voice Season 30
The Voice returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 21 with the coaching quartet of Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, Queen Latifah and Riley Green.
Here’s more about Owen:
* He’s an 18-year-old singer-songwriter and 2026 graduate of Rigby High School in Idaho.
* In spite of his youth, he already has five songs on streaming sites. His latest release, “It’s as Real as You Make It,” landed in March and is a one minute, 44 second piece of music, minus lyrics. That’s not the case with his other songs, and there are plenty of unreleased originals to check out on his social media.
* Owen was just 15 when he released his debut single, a song called “Einstein,” back in 2024. At the time, he said his hope was to make music his full-time job.
* Another of his singles, “Midsummer,” was a collaboration with three other teens. At the time, they were performing together as an indie rock band called Yardsale.”
* Owen has an undeniably impressive tone, which he shows off on social media with covers of “What a Wonderful World,” “Creep” and “Skylight” by Pinegrove, which he calls “one of my favorite songs ever.” Check it out below.
* He likes to challenge his song-writing skills on social media. In one case, he attempts to write and complete a song in 30 minutes. In another, he picks a random photo — of a man and a cow — and tries to write a song about it.
* Owen says one of his goals has always been to create a soundtrack for a video game.
