American Idol will have lots to accomplish in its next episode Monday night.

The show will start with a Top 14 reveal, as six members of the Top 20 are eliminated.

The Top 20 performed in groups of 10 over the past two episodes, and the results of fan voting will be announced.

Idol hasn’t announced the specifics, but it’s highly unlikely fan voting will determine all the members of the Top 14.

In recent seasons, the top vote-getters from each Top 20 night automatically advance, then the judges add wild card picks to form the Top 14.

Next up on Monday: The newly minted Top 14 will sing songs of faith.

Monday’s upcoming show will feature live voting during the show. That’s important for fans to know. There will be no overnight voting window.

And by the end of the night, two more contestants will be eliminated, as the Top 12 singers advance based on the votes fans cast.
