Ticket details for the June 11 concert featuring Taylor Swift and Kellie Pickler at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md., were announced this morning.
Tickets will range in cost from $28 to $58. They go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Apparently, some pre-sale tickets are also available through taylorswift.com, according to Ticketmaster.
As I reported last week, you won’t want to hesitate if you want to see Taylor and Kellie in concert. Nine of the concert dates already sold out; a May show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles sold out in two minutes.
And here’s a new wrinkle, performing with Taylor and Kellie will be a country foursome known as Gloriana.
You say the name doesn’t ring a bell? Well maybe this one will — Cheyenne Kimball.
Ms. Kimball released an album in 2006, the same year she starred in “Cheyenne,” an MTV show tracking her efforts to break into the movie business.
And who was her love interest on the show?
None other than season seven American Idol contestant Jason Castro, who also appeared in her video, “Hanging On.”
Cheyenne lends vocals and plays the mandolin for Gloriana, which recently released its first single, “Wild at Heart.” You can hear a snippet of the song on the group’s MySpace page.
