Season 4 of The Voice begins Monday night at 8 p.m. on NBC. Check back for live blogs during each show and for bios of the contestants who land a spot in the competition.

Meanwhile, it’s time to catch up with some familiar faces who have new music, including a Season 3 Team Cee Lo member who performs simply as Domo.

Domo from Season 3 of The Voice is currently touring Japan. Before The Voice: Domo, from the Bronx, was 26 at the time of her Voice audition and had been working as a professional hip-hop dancer for seven years. In 2009, she performed with Rhythm City on America’s Best Dance Crew. Rhythm City finished fourth.

On The Voice: Her saucy rendition of The Pussycat Dolls’ “Don’t Cha” had Cee Lo salivating once he turned his chair around. And, before she left the stage, Domo had the crowd chanting along as she spelled out her name. She lost to Cody Belew in the battle round, but not before showing off some of her dance moves during an entertaining version of Lady Gaga’s “Telephone.”

Since The Voice; In mid-November, she released her first post-Voice single “Time.” And, contrary to what you’d expect, it’s not a dance song, but a love ballad. In January, she released a Spanish-language version of the same song. It and the video to “Time” are embedded below. Domo is currently touring Japan as the featured performer, along with Rhythm City. She’ll be performing in Tokyo when Season 4 of The Voice premieres.

Keeping up with Domo: You can hear more of her original music on her website, including a catchy dance tune called “Thru the Rain.” She’s @DomozWorld on Twitter, and here’s the Facebook and YouTube links.
