In it, we get to see Jessica hanging out with the guy she’s supposed to be singing about, throwing a Frisbee, hanging out at a park, bowling and enjoying rides at an amusement park.
“You get to see me fail at everything,” Jessica says laughing in the behind-the-scenes video she posted to her YouTube page this week.
What you don’t get to see is the boyfriend.
But the behind-the-scenes video solves that mystery. Her pretend boyfriend in the video is none other than its director, Gabriel Valenciano wearing a go-cam as he follows Jessica around.
“This Love” is the first music we’ve gotten from Jessica since her post-Idol debut album, “You, Me and the Music” was released in April 2013.
The new single came out in late November and proceeds from sales of the song will benefit the Starkey Hearing Foundation, which provides hearing aids to individuals in the Philippines, as well as to people in need in other sites around the world.
